DMCA Policy
"Instant Pot Hamburger Soup" respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy outlines the procedures for sending us a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) infringement notification and for submitting a counter-notification, should your content be removed in error.
Filing a DMCA Notice

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. The DMCA allows us to restore the removed content if the party sending the original DMCA notification does not file a court action against you within 10-14 business days of receiving the counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include the following:
- Identification of Removed Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (e.g., URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your Contact Information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which "Instant Pot Hamburger Soup" may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Electronic or Physical Signature: An electronic or physical signature.
